1. Bookings and availability
Bookings are subject to availability and are not fully confirmed until accepted by Lens & Moments. Session dates, locations, and deliverables may be discussed and confirmed in writing before the session takes place.
2. Payments
Package prices, deposits, and final balances may apply depending on the service booked. Where a deposit is required, the booking may remain provisional until payment is received.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Weather, illness, emergencies, or unexpected events may require a session to be moved to another date. Refund and cancellation decisions may depend on the timing and circumstances of the booking.
4. Delivery of images
Edited galleries, downloads, or other deliverables are provided according to the package booked. Delivery times may vary depending on the season, workload, and scope of the session.
5. Client use of photographs
Clients may usually use delivered photographs for personal use unless another licence or written agreement applies. Commercial use, resale, alteration, or third-party publication may require written permission.
6. Copyright
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright in all photographs and creative materials remains with Lens & Moments.
7. Website content
This website may contain galleries, writing, visuals, and other materials for information and showcase purposes. Content may be updated, removed, or changed without notice.
8. Liability
Reasonable care is taken in providing the website and photography services, but Lens & Moments is not responsible for losses caused by events outside reasonable control, including technical failure, weather disruption, venue restrictions, or third-party service interruptions.
