A request is not an automatic charge.Every booking starts as a request so the date, location and scope can be checked before confirmation. Unless a package or confirmed written quote specifically says otherwise, photography package prices include photography only. Video is a separate quoted service. Lens & Moments currently operates as a one-person shooting team for standard bookings. Solo hybrid photo + video coverage is possible for suitable work, but one operator alternates between stills and video, so the same moment cannot always be captured in both formats. Full simultaneous photo + video requires an additional operator and a custom quote.

Travel outside the local service area is quoted before confirmation. Destination and international documentary work requires the agreed creative fee plus travel, accommodation, local transport, visas or permits where needed, entry costs and meals.
Published prices are standard public starting prices for the scope shown. Most services are package-based rather than simply charged by the hour. Extra coverage, large groups, complex locations, commercial licensing, unusual travel, additional crew, video or custom production may require an add-on or written quote. Client-specific discounts or negotiated quotes do not change the public catalogue price.
