ILLUMIN8 2026 at The Great Stupa
A rainy evening at ILLUMIN8 2026, held at The Great Stupa of Universal Compassion near Bendigo.
After a long day at Wesley Hill Market in Castlemaine with our Shara Collections stall, we rushed back through Bendigo and made it to The Great Stupa around 6pm. The rain changed the photography plan, but it also made the night slower, calmer, and more memorable.
This gallery includes moments from the Festival of Light and Peace — the illuminated Stupa, the Peace Park lights, families enjoying the evening, fire performance, rain-soaked atmosphere, and fireworks from the night.
Not every photo happened the way I imagined, but the memory was still worth capturing.
