Booking & Coverage Clarity
- The listed public price is for the photography service and scope shown on this package unless a confirmed written quote specifically includes video or additional crew.
- Lens & Moments currently operates as a one-person shooting team for standard bookings.
- Video can be requested separately. When solo hybrid photo + video coverage is agreed, one operator switches between still photographs and video clips. The same instant cannot be guaranteed in both formats, so some moments may be photo-only and others video-only.
- If the same key moments need complete photography and video coverage at the same time, an additional photographer/videographer is required and quoted separately.
- A still frame can be exported from video when needed, but it has less resolution, detail and editing flexibility than a photograph captured in photo mode.
- The image count shown in the package is an expected/approximate guide unless a fixed final count is specifically stated. Final event galleries vary with the length, pace, lighting, guest count and number of usable moments.
- Delivered photographs are professionally selected and edited. RAW files, test frames, duplicates, blinks and rejected images are not included unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
- Coverage time means active booked shooting time. Extra time is subject to availability and is charged using the relevant add-on or a custom quote.
